GoFly Academy LLC (“GoFly Academy,” “we,” “us”) operates goflyacademy.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We keep data collection to what's actually needed to respond to you:
- Contact form.When you use the “Send a Message” widget, we collect your name, message, and whichever of email or phone number you choose to provide. This is emailed directly to our team and is not stored in a database.
- Blog comments.If you post a comment, we store the name you type and the comment text. We don't require or collect an email address to comment.
- Blog likes.We generate a random, anonymous ID stored in your browser to prevent duplicate likes on a post. It isn't linked to your name or any other identifying information.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting and advertising providers (Vercel, Google Ads) log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We do not ask for or store payment information, government ID, or Social Security numbers through this Site.
Third-Party Services
Several parts of the Site hand you off to, or embed, third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies, not this one:
- Acuity Scheduling — powers the tour booking widget on our Schedule page. Booking details go directly to Acuity.
- FlightSchedulePro— our Discovery Flight booking partner; clicking “Book Discovery Flight” takes you to their site.
- JotForm— our program application form; clicking “Apply” takes you to their site.
- Resend — the email delivery service that sends contact-form messages to our team.
- Supabase — the database that stores blog comments and like counts.

How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to messages sent through the contact form
- Display and moderate blog comments
- Measure how effective our Google Ads campaigns are
- Keep the Site secure and working correctly
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
Contact-form submissions are emailed to our team and not retained in a separate database beyond normal email retention. Blog comments are retained until removed by an administrator or requested to be deleted.
